160!

I don’t even know how I got here but I weighed in at 160 this morning! I swear the last 7 pounds I loss just kind of fell off. I was running a lot but I’ve been tapering and recovering for the past 2 weeks from my half marathon (which I ROCKED) which is when about 5 of those pounds came off. Weird! But here we are, new measurements:

INSANE The first was after 1 month of weights when I THOUGHT my quads has already gotten bigger. Flash to 1 year later and you can see definition without even flexing. Also my hamstrings. which I thought were always huge before I was even lifting. Yeah they look barely there compared to now. Thank youuu running and lifting!
