Whoa!

Weight myself this morning, down 4 pounds from last week!?!?!?!?!? I don’t know what I did! I think it might have been delayed loss? That’s the only explanation I have. I noticed couple weeks ago my tummy was flatter but the scale only showed 1 pound loss.

I’ve been tapering this week so my workouts were waayyy down from what I was doing, couple k on Saturday, 8/9 Sunday, maybe 30min swim Monday, and 5k on Tuesday and Wednesday, so really not much considering what I’d been doing the rest of this month.

Anyways I’m at 161 now! I’d decided my end year goal would be 160 the other day, sooo that might actually happen lol.

I might gain all that back today, because carb loading heaven happening up in here! wooo!
